Work sample: CPA Australia 'Machine Learning'

When the CPA Australia content management team required a piece of editorial for their enormously popular INTHEBLACK magazine, to explain the power of machine learning to their organisation’s international membership, they approached THE HARD WORD.

We organised a deep case study with the NHMRC, one that helped to illustrate the opportunities and challenges of the technology.

Importantly, the article illustrated the positive side of machine learning. It highlighted the fact that the technology helped staff, who were originally wary of its potentially negative effect on their careers, to do their jobs more effectively and with greater satisfaction.
